In this essential role, you will be responsible to achieve sales goals by effectively hiring, training, motivating and leading the Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives assigned to the district. You will be expected to provide consistent and uniform direction regarding execution of sales and marketing strategies and tactics, and you will maintain effective communication with key external and internal customers. You will be measured on your ability to lead your team, acquire and develop talent
REQUIREMENTS
As part of our continuing growth, we are seeking highly motivated individuals who are eager and passionate to join our team and who possess:
*Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-yr college or university
*Strong history of success in pharmaceutical sales
*Solid background in successful sales management
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels
*Proven ability to hire and develop talent
*The ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships
*Clean driving record
*Travel is required for this position
