and state, federal and local laws. Establishes and maintains relationships with key opinion leaders, regional advocates,healthcare organizations, professional societies and government contacts.Identifies, develops and implements programs that bring value to healthcare providers
and their respective institutions.Facilitates development of investigator-initiated research proposals.Identifies and works with investigators who are interested in participating in Company sponsored clinical trials.Identifies areas of research that competitively position Company products in the marketplace.Identifies novel therapies and emerging technologies that provide opportunities for new acquisitions.Represents the Company and the department at national and regional meetings and conferences.Serves as an educational resource to Company colleagues, and provides and/or conducts educational programs. Assists in training sales and business personnel.
Provides accurate, up-to-date scientific and medical information.Assists Company colleagues in developing strategies and action plans that achieve business objectives and maximize use of resources. Enhances effectiveness of liaisons to build relationships in the medical community.
Communicates best practices that address education and research needs of healthcare
providers.Identifies and develops advocates for Company Speaker's Bureau and advisory boards.
Performs related duties as assigned.Qualifications
Knowledge of Pharmacology principles, practices and their application. Urology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Nephrology, and Oncology. Strong public speaking and presentation techniques. Sales, marketing and Medical Liaison fields. Medical terminology, medical conditions and treatment modalities.
