REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements
•Develop strategies and ideas to move the clients’ business forward and proactively seek innovative solutions for the client’s problems
•Vigorously explore media alternatives necessary for the preparation of the media plan
•Develop and write annual media plans
•Manage all assigned media personnel in assigned group and the development of agency point-of-views and evaluations
•Determines and supervises the implementation of all approved media plans and projects
•Work with the AMD or Director to coordinate and to integrate all assigned day-to-day media activities including the presentation to Account Management and the client
•Primary contact with Account Management for project initiation/status, training of account management people, etc.
•Supervisory ExperiencePosition Qualifications
•Relevant undergraduate degree
•Minimum 3 years experience in media planning recommended.
•Ability to work on multiple accounts (2-3)
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people at varying levels and know how to run, analyze, and train others on media research and computer systems
•High energy level that brings new and exciting ideas to the planning function•Outstanding leadership and presentation skills - - verbal and written
•Ability to deal with conflict to reach positive outcome
•Excellent time and project management skills
