Future growth will offer candidates opportunities to work in dynamic and varied client settings, disciplines, and geographies.PwC is currently recruiting compliance professionals with deep experience in corporate compliance, including developing and assessing corporate compliance programs, constructing monitoring and auditing programs, managing internal risk assessments/investigations, working with organization senior management and to integrate compliance controls into the scope of existing business practices, development/delivery of compliance training, and developing/managing incident management systems.Candidate will have ability to manage multiple, complex projects; directing medium to large staff teams; interacting with, and reporting to, client senior management; producing final reports and presentations; and overseeing engagement economics, documentation and quality. Candidate will also have an opportunity to work with the industry leadership team on key thought leadership, practice development opportunities, and other external branding activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
BA/B.S. required; advanced degree (e.g., JD, MPH, MBA) strongly preferredEssential Requirements:
+ years of pharmaceutical compliance consulting experience in a top consulting or accounting firm, or professional experience in a pharmaceutical compliance and/or legal environment. Executive presence, organization, analytical, project management and team building skills are required. Prior experience with business process/operations improvement a plus. Ability to demonstrate success in developing an industry network, cultivating broad client relationships and generating engagement opportunities. Prior compliance officer, senior compliance director, or compliance auditor experience a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to self motivate, self-start, work independently, and think criticallyTravel Requirements: 60-80%
