Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for the management of clinical and some operational
components of specialty pharmacy programs, including specialty and
infusion contractual arrangements
Oversight of vendor contracts regarding BCBSF's specialty pharmacy
programs
Support Specialty Manager as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specialty
pharmacy related matters
Analysis of financial data and statistics, and maintenance of
applicable regulatory requirements
Development of management and audit programs for medical-pharmacy
specialty drugs
Development of utilization management programs for medical-pharmacy

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy

2+ years clinical pharmacy experience, with a minimum of 1 year
infusion services experience

Current Registered Pharmacist license

Experience analyzing complex financial scenarios related to
prescription drug programs

Effective oral and written communication skillsBusiness Specific Criteria (Preferred):

Pharm. D Degree

Health Insurance industry experience
