Immunodiagnostic Research Associate I/II

Responsibilities: A diagnostic lab in North Orange County is in search of a candidate to be responsible for conducting laboratory experimentation, literature searches, and investigating the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts under the direction of a research scientist or technical director. This person will be knowledgeable of basic and sophisticated laboratory practices to allow independent functioning in the laboratory. Functional duties include: Use professional knowledge to search and review scientific publications related to current and proposed research projects. Contribute ideas and provide input, based on experience and scientific review, to R&D projects under development. Interact with both internal and external scientists to develop and investigate protocols for projects under development. Support all applicable regulations including, but not limited to, FDA and ISO requirements.
