Responsibilities:
Manages a team of professionals responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of plan benefit designs. Responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes for the Benefits team. Establishes performance guidelines and communicates metrics for the Benefits team, and develops procedures and training to ensure that guidelines are met. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of plan operations processes and system capabilities and acts as internal subject matter expert for new product development and sales teams. Maintains and modifies department staffing models and contributes to budget process as it relates to headcount needs. Demonstrates and teaches proper business ethics through following of all company procedures and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:
3+ years of PBM or health plan operations experience; 2+ years of plan design or Benefits experience; Position history that demonstrates increasing responsibilities; Previous supervisory experience preferred; Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience in healthcare related field preferred.
