We are now hiring for an excellent career opportunity as a Formulator within our Gadsden, AL location.Description of Duties & Responsibilities:Operate automatic and manual chemical process equipment of varying complexity in accordance with operating procedures
Formulate liquid consumer products according to specifications for the pack line operators to pack into finished goods
Use factory formulas and batch sizes within EPA and company guidelines
Keep accurate inventory reporting of all raw material and return to material handlers for accurate inventory adjustments (shipping, receiving department, and inventory control)
Report accurate batch sheets to production supervisor
Report unsafe work conditions to lead, supervisor, production superintendent, or environmental health safety managerMinimum Education Required:
HS diplomaMinimum Experience Required:
3-5 years experience with process and packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment
Must have basic computer skills in order to perform record keeping duties on SAP system
Must possess organizational and planning skills to formulate the products in an orderly and timely manner
Must have basic math skills to understand and follow formula directions
Must be able to speak, read, and write English in order to understand and follow formula directions
