Responsibilities:
Responsible for all administrative duties related to Formulary Administration and will help provide assistance to other Clinical Services departments as needed. Facilitates paperwork associated with formulary programs and communication program charges and billing; works with Member Materials to facilitate client formulary material printing needs; Works with formulary Analyst to construct implement custom formulary lists (CMLs); Works with Formulary Analyst to monitor performance of formularies; Works with Clinical Operations to manage FDB; Works with Formulary Administration Clinical Pharmacist and Formulary Customization and Communication Technician to assure formulary performance through QA and recommend improvements; Provides administrative assistance when needed.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Certified Pharmacy Technician; Experience or demonstrated strong knowledge of medications a plus; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications a must; Must possess excellent communication skills; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
