Pembroke Pines, FloridaWorking in this highly visible position, the successful professional will plan, direct and coordinate all Pharmacy Department functions for our 301-bed hospital.We are most interested in hiring a strong leader who can take overall responsibility for ensuring the delivery of consistent high-quality service to a diverse population.The ideal candidate will possess a current Florida Pharmacist license, Florida Consultant license and 3+ years in a pharmacy leadership role in an acute care hospital setting. Proven experience with JCAHO/ACHA regulations and survey processes required. Proven experience with patient and employee satisfaction initiatives also required. PharmD preferred.
