The right candidate will act as the Director of Pharmacy in a medium sized hospital setting. This position reports directly to the CEO of the hospital and needs a strong director with 3-5 years experience in a leadership role within a hospital setting. This director will need to have the ability to work autonomously and must be a graduate of an ACPE school of Pharmacy with a BS pharmacy degree. Currently licensed in Florida, 8-10 years hospital experience and 3-5 years management experience preferred.

This facility has undergone major renovation is all areas of the hospital. They have greatly enhanced the appearance to increase the comfort level of patients and staff alike.

Our client is in need of a strong Director of Pharmacy with hospital based experience for its large hospital inpatient setting.
The right candidate will have 3-5 years in a leadership role.

REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college of pharmacy and three to six months of orientation time. Licensure required as a Pharmacist in the State Florida.

Experience:

Experience in hospital setting preferred.

Management Experience Required:

Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills; Management experience in hospital/healthcare environment; Proven managerial skills; Supervisory experience preferred.
