Director, Regulatory Affairs, Dietary Supplements

The Judge Group currently has an excellent opportunity with a Global Pharmaceutical Client in Morris County, NJ. Our client is seeking a Director, Regulatory Affairs for Nutritional and Dietary Supplements. The candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to develop the US Regulatory strategy for nutritional products, as well as ensuring Regulatory Compliance with DSHEA and other regulatory and corporate policies and procedures. Will have daily involvement with dietary supplement manuscripts (labeling content development), advertising and labeling approval, as well as a strong interactive relationship with the clinical, marketing and legal departments. The responsibilities will include ensuring regulatory compliance, providing recommendations of product strategies, regulatory assessments, interpretation and implications of FDA regulations on nutritional supplements for claims substantiation and labeling requirements. Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with a background in Dietary and/or Nutritional Supplements and preferrably an advanced degree in Nutritional or Life Sciences.
