Clinical Pharmacy Manager

The organized and analytical Pharmacy Manager completes clinical data reports (MUEs, ADRs, ADEs and Clinical Interventions) in a deadline-driven environment. Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff and committee members. Must be a team player as well as work independently and oversee training for Pharmacokinetics and the Nutritional Support Service. Assists with the JCAHO survey and acts as a Preceptor for students through clinical rotation. Must be an adept communicator verbally and in writing as well as revise and develop department standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Review clinical software to assure it meets department needs and coordinates maintenance of automated technology. Patient assessment of drug therapy(ies) and intervention abilities are required. Work with Controlled Substances according to state/local and federal guidelines. Experience with intravenous solutions and chemotherapy is required. Hospital experience is required with a FL Pharmacist license; Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred. A Registered Consultant Pharmacist license is ideal. EOE
