Clinical Pharmacist/Home Infusion/Day Shift/Sign On Bonus!!!

Our client, a market leading provider of software and services to the Financial Services Industry, has an opening for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage their international accounting requirements. The position reports to the Accounting Manager.Responsibilities:1.Financial Reporting
a.Prepare and process journal entries, close international companies books.
b.Responsible for properly recording and reporting foreign currency transactions
c.Prepare balance sheet and expense account analysis and reconciliations
d.Participate in financial statement preparation, review and presentation including variance analysis and written commentary.
e.Prepare year end schedules and support for external audit.
f.As a member of the financial team, Partner with Budget Owners in the development and management of the annual expense budget and regular forecasting updates
g.Serve as system administrator backup for Great Plains and FRX
h.Assist with monthly consolidating reports2.Treasury
a.Track and report daily international cash position and bank activity
b.Prepare and execute wire transfers.
c.Responsible for monthly bank account reconciliations for international accounts.
d.Review and approve international AP batches for posting
e.Responsible for monthly/quarterly preparation and filing of all VAT and GST tax returns
f.Assist and administer all VAT and GST tax audits. Assist with various other tax matters as required.3.Other
a.Review data ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
b.Investigate and recommend revisions to accounting procedures and systems to satisfy process improvement initiatives.
c.Perform special accounting and financial projects as needed.Requirements:
Bachelor’s or better in accounting with four+ years experience performing the above responsibilities. Experience in an entrepreneurial fast growing technology company required. Strong computer skills required. Knowledge in Great Plains Dynamics or similar accounting package required and Proficiency in FRx or similar financial reporting package required (including foreign exchange conversion).
