FlexPosition Summary: You will provide pharmaceutical care to a diverse in-patient population with emphasis on cardiac disease. Pharmacy services are conducted in a decentralized setting. Tasks include review of medication profiles, oversight of drug therapy management, pharmacokinetic drug monitoring, clinical interventions and maintaining effective communication with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Nurses.
Monitors, evaluates, and makes recommendations to assure the appropriate and effective use of pharmaceuticals for patient care. Supervises technicians by allocating and coordinating work flow. Guides and advises technicians in more complex phases of their work. Trains new employees. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree.Current FL license. Completion of colleges, interships/externships required. Completion of 5-year program from accredited organization.computer skills required.
