Clinical Pharmacist

Clinical PharmacistDepartment: INPATIENT PHARMACY SERVICES
Schedule: Full Time, Day shift
Hours: 40 hours per week rotating holidays
1-2 years experience is requiredDemonstrates a mastery of basic skills of a professional Pharmacist, which allows for an increased level of practice. Synthesizes an acquired body of knowledge with experience gained in order to have a positive impact on patient care. Demonstrates clinically sound decision making skills.Position will be primarily in the inpatient units. Rounding and order verification.Requirements:
B.S. degree or Pharm D from an accredited College of Pharmacy. An ASHP accredited residency is preferred but not required.
Current CT Pharmacist license or eligible for reciprocation. 2-yrs experience in an acute care setting. Good communication skills.Only fun loving hard working applicants please apply.
