Associate Director

Purpose: Associate Director Top biopharmaceutical company focusing on the development and commercialization of innovative therapeutic products to treat the unmet medical needs of patients with debilitating conditions and life-threatening diseases. Principal programs are directed toward symptom management and supportive care, human immunodeficiency virus, or HIV, infection and cancer.

POSITION:

This position provides strategic direction and guidance to the clinical teams within the Clinical Operations functional group as regards the management of sponsored clinical trials. The Associate Director may also represent Clinical Operations on company initiatives and task forces.


-Plans and manages clinical programs (Phases II-IV single indication) and multiple Clinical Pharmacology programs.

-Provides input into protocols, protocol amendments, and clinical study reports


-Establishes timelines and budgets for clinical trials

-Responsible for managing team members including preparing evaluations and when appropriate, recommending corrective actions.

-Participates in process improvement activities

REQUIRMENTS

PharmD or PhD

7-10 years clinical trials exp

Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and FDA regulations required.
Must have a good understanding of the drug development process.
Computer and Software skills (e.g., MS Word, MS Project, Excel) required.Classification:Full-TimeCompensation:
