As an Associate Product Manager/Product Manager, you will be responsible for support of the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan. You will be responsible for the evaluation and development of promotional material, including the facilitation of GTRC approval, and the management of agency. Additional brand management responsibilities will include project budget management. You will be responsible for managed care analysis and tactical development of pull-through materials. You will collaborate with Market Research to determine research needs, and ensure the project meets objectives and timelines to develop optimally positioned and branded products. In collaboration with Forecasting department, and through the AFR process, you will develop/utilize patient based models to capture targeted patient population, potential uptake, ultimate number of patients treated, and competitive market share.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with at least 2 years of sales/marketing experience; and an MBA with a minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical industry experience, with at least 1 year of sales/marketing experience. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as analytical and presentation skills. Candidates should also be knowledgeable in financial management systems and ad agency operation. Must have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. Collaboration skills are a must.
Level and title will be commensurate with the experience and education level of the selected candidate.
