Support the Enterprise Integration program by providing a broad base of expertise in business analysis as it relates to SOA. Responsible for requirements gathering, analysis, and modeling using UML and Activity diagrams to support the creation of Enterprise Services. Assist and/or lead other IT teams in the identification, design and document of services. Collaborate with other programs to ensure a cohesive approach to requirements.


Requirements:

Education and/or Certifications: BS degree or equivalent experience. Education requirements may be met with appropriate experience and demonstrated ability.Required Skills: Minimum of 5 years as a Data, Business or Systems Analyst, previous experience in design and development preferred.Previous experience with SOA methodologies and service identification, definition, and modeling. General understanding of the SOA architectural principles. Demonstrated extensive experience in requirements and business process analysis and modeling. Experience in working in known methodologies for analysis and design. (Prefer RUP) Experience in defining requirements on technical projects. Ability to conduct requirements gathering and review sessions. Previous experience with ERP, legacy systems and relational and non-relational databases.Exceptional oral and written communication skills that adapt to multiple organizational levels. Ability to prepare standard and consistent requirements documentation and communication materials that clearly convey requirements and user needs. Ability to establish and manage relationships of differing nature (collaborator, customer, sponsor, etc) across the organization, both internally and externally to ITS. Ability to coordinate and communicate on multiple tasks and have a process and detail-oriented approach to solving problems. Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.Desired Skills: Previous experience in design and development preferred. Training or experience on SOA modeling tools. Familiarity with PeopleSoft and/or SAP a plus.
