Position Profile
As a Senior Planner you will be involved with managing all aspects of land use planning projects including design of specific plans, master plans, and general plans; preparation of NEPA, CEQA and other technical documents; leading teams, budget oversight, research, contract compliance and client relations.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in urban/land use planning; six years of progressively-complex planning experience and 10 years of industry-specific experience; proficiency in MS Office and solid project management, effective written and verbal communication skills; AICP certification is preferred. This position may include driving for business, therefore reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record is required.
