The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the planning, directing, and coordinating of designated projects from inception to completion. They must ensure all project goals and objectives are reached. The Project Manager must identify, analyze and evaluate project requirements and scope of work. They must develop the project plan, identify necessary resources, deliverables, task priorities, timetables and meeting agendas. They need to consult with outside consultants/vendors as needed for third party applications and oversee activities of the project team, both cross-departmental and vendors. The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and direction on all aspects of the project to include changes in scope, staffing, systems, quality, logistics and administration. They must present regular updates to project sponsor and management on significant project issues and milestones.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelors degree in business management, computer technology or equivalent experience. 9 or more years experience in the field of micrographics, web presentment, imaging technology, data transmission and/or data retrieval systems is required. Must have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with demonstrated proficiency in planning, task prioritization, scheduling and tracking. Must be PMP certified.

Candidates must have strong interpersonal communication and excellent team management skills. They must have strong customer interaction experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be available to travel 50% or more.
