Retention Representative PT The Record Searchlight is looking for a dependable, outgoing person to fill a part-time retention representative position in our circulation department. You must enjoy talking to people, be enthusiastic, and have excellent customer service skills. You must be able to work between core hours of 12pm - 5pm , 5 days per week. Responsibilities include working to retain our valued customers in various ways, including customer service, collections and customer appreciation. You must have several years of customer service and/or sales experience, be computer literate (Excel, Word, Access), possess a reliable vehicle, current driver's license, proof of insurance and a clean DMV printout. Must be able to read and write English and perform basic math functions at high school level, and preferably have some college coursework. Part-time work with good income potential. Hourly rate starts at $9.00 depending on experience, plus incentive plan.
