Job Captain/Architecture

Involved in assisting with the research of site development investigation reports, site design, preparation of planning and zoning applications, as well as utility plan and building permit processing.Job Requirements
Relevant experience with processing, AutoCAD 2002-2006, research and planning/zoning submittals. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must have a high level of organization and time management skills to manage multiple projects at one time.
