General Chemist (Wet Chemistry)

An Analytical Laboratory committed to high-quality, client service, and located in the Los Angeles area is seeking a Chemist with strong wet chemistry skills.

Responsibilities include:

Routine analyses including: oil/grease, cyanide, ammonia, dilutions, extractions, TOC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, etc.

Preparation and Analysis of Samples (sea water, drinking water, fresh water, storm water, sediments, and tissues).

Perform documentation of quality control measures to ensure continuing certification by CA DHS ELAP

Experience:

At least one year of bench/wet chemistry experience in the environmental industry.

IC experience is a plus, but not required.
