Documentation Administrator

This position is responsible and accountable for the business administration of ISI Publishing Systems and Documentum. This position will act as the Documentum expert for the Regulatory Affairs group.
The position is responsible for:
·Assigning access rights to the systems
·Assigning permissions to files/folders
·Maintaining folder structure within Documentum
·Adding/removing folders with Documentum
·Tracking document lifecycles (ie., approval of documents, entering of documents into the system, retiring of controlled documents, etc.)
·Adhering to and developing company regulatory compliant wide filenaming conventions
REQUIREMENTS
·BS/BA required
·Documentum experience desirable
·Familiar with databases and document management
·At least 2 years experience in database operations
