Contract Manager-Glendale AZ

Honeywell - Glendale AZ is looking for the right candiate to review complex commercial customer contracts, identify customer flow-down terms and conditions and incorporate identified flow downs into subcontracts and professional services agreement. Assist with reviewing and editing supplier's redlines to Honeywell's standard terms and conditions, including long term supply agreement and software license and distribution agreements. Assist with creating sourcing training classes.


Individual must possess strong working knowledge of commercial contract construction as well as ability to interpret contract terms and conditions.


Bachelor's degree required, law degree preferred.
