REHAB PROGRAM MANAGER
(may be PHYSICAL THERAPIST, PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST, CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT or SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST)

We’re seeking a licensed PT, PTA, OT, COTA or SLP to join us in the dynamic role of Rehab Program Manager at our Bride Brook Health & Rehabilitation Center in lovely Niantic, Connecticut.

REQUIREMENTS
Physical Therapist
Qualified candidates will possess:
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy with current licensure in the state of Connecticut (or eligibility)
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Physical Therapist Assistant
Qualified candidates will possess:
• Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Licensure (or eligibility) in state of Connecticut.

Occupational Therapist
Qualified Candidates must possess:
• BS or MS in Occupational Therapy
• Licensure (or eligibility) in state of Connecticut
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Qualified Candidates must possess:
• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Certification (or eligibility) in state of Connecticut
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Speech Pathologist
Qualified candidates will possess:
• MS or MA in Speech Pathology and current ASHA Certification.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Current licensure (or eligibility) for the state of Connecticut
• One Year clinical experience preferred, not required

The ideal candidate will have a desire to work with geriatric patients in a skilled care environment. SNF experience a plus.
