The Rehab Outcomes Measure has met the criteria for inclusion in the accreditation process and is included on the Joint Commission’s list of acceptable systems

REQUIREMENTS
Performs evaluations, develops and implements effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function, by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing the facility and their discipline.

Must be a graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy.
