Maintain resident care plans on residents.
Follow physician's orders, assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressings etc.
Transcribe physician's orders promptly & accurately.
Document comprehensive & complete nursing notes.
Visit and evaluate each resident daily.
Administer medication according to procedure.
Initiate any & all emergency procedures as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing or college. Must be Registered Nurse. Must be CPR certified.
Must possess the ability the deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, and the general public.
