ERN's network is 14 wholly owned outpatient clinics and services in over 70 locations throughout the State.Affiliate: Eastern Rehabilitation Network
Hours: Per Diem. Mon-Fri 8-4:30 as needed.Triage phone calls from community providers, lab draws, discharge planning, teaching of wound care, hyperbaric nursing coverage (training provided) documentation on electronic medical record.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid CT State RN License. 3 years direct care experience required. Computer Skills necessary. Wound care, home care, or nursing home care experience preferred.
