Registered Nurse ICU

The ICU RN provides care to cardiac, medical, and post surgical patients in a state of the art environment that includes an electronic medical record and the most advanced medical technology available. Preferred skills include balloon pump, LVAD and ICP monitoring. ACLS required. Must be committed to providing excellent service to all of our customers, be team oriented and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
REQUIREMENTS
Active Arizona Registered Nurse license or able to obtain.
Provides direct and indirect patient care, supervises LPN’s and non-licensed personnel as assigned in the acute care setting. Nurses communicate with physicians/director/charge nurse/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Nurses are able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform nursing duties in assigned department.
