Registered Nurse Homecare/North State

Homecare Registered Nurse Job Summary:
Being a Homecare RN is a great opportunity to make your own schedule and help where they feel the most comfortable. You will be working One to One with patients and families. You will even have the possibility of working with multiple patients on a daily basis.

Homecare RN Responsibilities:
Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
Working directly with the doctor regarding patient care.
Must be detailed oriented for patient charts.
Must be organized.
REQUIREMENTS
To be a Homecare Registered Nurse you will have to be:
A Graduate of accredited school of nursing with a Colorado RN license.
A current driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation will be necessary.
You must have IV competencies and CPR Certified as well.
