RN/Healthcare Management Opportunity Available in TN--Direct Hir

Kelly Healthcare Resources has a fantastic direct hire opportunity available NOW for a Director of Quality-RN License Required in Springfield, TN (30 minutes outside of Nashville). This position will be responsible for facilitating the organization's performance improvement activities; serving as the organization's JCAHO liaison and coordinating readiness activities; managing special projects; managing operations (budgets) for the Quality Department; performing other customary and special management responsibilities; and participating in weekly team meetings.

Required License, Experience, & Degree: The qualified candidate must hold a valid TN RN license or licensed allied health professional. Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree is preferred. Your work history must include at least 3 years of performance improvement experience. Healthcare management experience preferred.
