Program Coordinator

We are currently seeking a star performer to fill our RN Program Coordinator position, based at one of our Sunrise communities in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities will include assessing needs, marketing At Home services to residents and their families, developing/managing care plans and supervising care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants. Marketing savvy, strong people management skills, high energy, and superb communication and organizational skills are required, as well as a true passion for serving seniors. Home care experience preferred. Must have a current RN license.
