Physical Therapist - Home Care

Department: Community Home Care - TorringtonSchedule: Full-timeShift: Variable shiftJob Details: Provides complete physical therapy care to Home Care patients, working toward optimal outcomes. This position will split time between Wheatland and Torrington preferrably.QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy school. Valid Wyoming Physical Therapist license. CPR certified. 2 years experience in either an in-patient or out-patient setting is preferred. Able to lift 40 lb. floor to knuckle; 25 lb knuckle to shoulder; 15 lb overhead.
