REQUIREMENTS
BS/MS degree from an accredited Physical Therapy school with current NYS licensure. Minimum 2 yrs experience in an acute care facility and/or an acute intermediate rehab facility. Possession of a valid NYS motor vehicle operator's license. Pre-employment physical examination and an annual health assessment as require by New York State Health Department
