Nursing Assistant

Pinehurst Park Terrace is located in north Seattle between Lake City and Shoreline. We specialize in short term therapy rehabilitation along with a focus on wound care and infectious disease management. We are licensed by the State of Washington as a Nursing Home and participate in the both State Medicaid and Federal Medicare programs.
Staffing is stable and experienced with a sincere interest for the resident’s safety, security, and health – including both physical and mental health.

Resident rooms can be either spacious or cozy depending on the residents needs.

Scheduled care conferences or informal discussions about care and services are encouraged to promote a more independent lifestyle.

We also include assisted living services in the licensed boarding home portion of the building. This can facilitate the transition from skilled nursing to a more independent living arrangement.

Job Description:
Performs specific tasks and services for residents which are supportive and complimentary to the licensed nursing staff. All tasks and services will be performed in a way that will attain and maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning of the resident.
REQUIREMENTS
Certified as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Washington with awareness of practice standards in a skilled nursing facility environment
