Hours: Day ShiftDescription:Responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. Works in collaboration with a physician utilizing established guidelines as needed within established scope of practice.Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse License in New York State. Current Nurse Practitioner License. Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program or certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program or current Physician Assistant License in New York State. Current BLS and ACLS certification required. PALS preferred. DEA registration preferred.
