Nurse Practioners with Adult Acute and Critical Care
Our client, part of a Nurse-focused, not-for-profit healthcare system in Florida, with multiple facilities and hospitals, has been providing neighborly health care for over 50 years. Located in and around a highly desirable area of Florida’s seashore; dotted with golf courses and yet close to everything in Florida, this city is one of the Sunshine State’s great thriving communities!
This dynamic organization is searching for talented Advanced Registered Nurse Practioners (ARNPs) to join its top-notch team of professionals. Depending on your Adult area of specialty (Critical Care, Neurology, Infection Control, Orthopedics, family practice, emergency care, you will report to Physicians that are renown in their fields and have created a Team atmosphere. This NP team is modeled after the Vanderbilt Medical Center Model. Primarily day hours.
To qualify for these exciting opportunities you will need:
* A BSN in Nursing, Master’s preferred,ARNP license
* 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting in an acute care hospital.
* A Florida license, or the ability to obtain one.
Knowledge of rounds, have an investigatory mind-set and be a positive, up-beat dedicated team-player
REQUIREMENTS
You will be responsible for the delivery of patient care through the assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation and evaluation. Direct and coordinate care based on established clinical standards. Collaborate with professional team-mates in other disciplines to ensure effective care and quality outcomes. Functions within the licensure of the Advanced Practice Nurse role and collaborative practice agreements.
Work in concert with a dynamic, hands-on physician who solicits others opinions and values the NP role. Come live and work near where you can play…….
