Home Telehealth RN

If you are looking for a way to get into the future, this is the position for you. Home Telehealth Registered Nurse provides high quality professional nursing services in the home care setting. Performs holistic/complete patient assessments and utilizes appropriate interpersonal skills in the roll of Home Telehealth Nurse. Confirms date, time, equipment and personnel necessary for Home Telehealth encounter & monitoring. Current Colorado RN license required
REQUIREMENTS
Nurse interested in high tech processes using Telehealth to do video visits of patients in their home.
Strong background in med/surg or homecare experience
