Health Services Director

Join our diverse team of dedicated, caring individuals providing a variety of services to children and adolescents with emotional and psychiatric needs. The Health Services Director provides health assessments, education, 24 hour nursing coverage to clients and guidance to staff members to assure and maintain the health and physical well-being of the clientele of the agency. Director works with the agency physicians and supervises staff of eight nurses and assistants. The director is responsible for preparing and maintaining medical records, health services manuals, JCAHO compliance, acting as a liaison between treatment staff and medical community and other departmental duties.
REQUIREMENTS
Properly licensed Registered Nurse

Soundly developed training and practice in medical nursing and first aid; practical experience in the nursing care and treatment of children; ability to work calmly in critical situations; appreciation of the basic principles of counseling

Administrative skills and experience in supervision
