Director Maternal Child

100 bed community hospital near Houston, Texas has asked MSI to assist them in conducting a search for a Director of Maternal Child. This is a 12 bed unit (15 FTE's) that has 35-50 births per month. This hospital requires the ability to obtain Texas RN license, BLS, BSN preferred with 2 years previous med surg leadership experience The Director would be responsible for directing, coordinating, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient care provided on the Maternal Child unit. - Maintaining required staffing, supplies, equipment; overseeing overall operations of the unit.- Act as a liaison between hospital administration and staff.This hospital is located in a small town that is approximately 45 miles from Houston.If you would like to be considered for this opportunity please email your resume today to [Click here for email]
