Complies with hospital policies and all governing rules and regulations. Adheres to service excellence approach utilizing initiative, teamwork and communication skills.Utilizing nursing process to coordinate patient care in collaboration with other health team professionals. Responsible for personal professionalism, growth, and development. Participates in hospital and unit’s performance improvement process. Demonstrates continued competence in specific unit skills.
REQUIREMENTS
RN,Graduation from accredited school of nursing. Knowledge of current Maternal Child nursing practice and the Texas Nurse Practice Act. Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures governing scope of practice for registered nurse, licensed vocational nurse, certified nursing assistant and technicians. Knowledge of computer software.
