Caregiver 3p to 11p
Would you like to become a member of a very special team providing very special care to very special persons? Autumn House, a deficiency free assisted living facility, is seeking very special caregivers to become members of our team.

As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing assistive and supportive care to our residents. Among these are assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, as well as all personal hygiene.

It is also incumbent that these members participate in Autumn House's very special activity and social programs, under the direction of our Activities' Director.

These members report directly to the Charge Nurse on duty.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements Include:
1. ONe year's experience in long-term care setting.
2. Proof of freedom from communicable disease.
3. Clear criminal background report.
