ASSESSMENT NURSE for HOSPICE INSPIRIS full time

We are currently seeking an Admissions RN. The RN Admissions Nurse works in a team approach to conduct initial assessments and establish the initial plan of care for hospice patients. Provides initial training and education to family caregivers. Provides information about services to potential hospice patients. Admits patients to hospice services.


We are looking for someone available to complete admissions evenings and weekends.
REQUIREMENTS
RN degree in good standing Strong experience with hospice or home health case management.
We pay 44.5 per mile.
