Join the Thresholds team!Thresholds' Deaf South Program is seeking a Residential Team Leader to function as senior clinician on residential services team for nine deaf persons with mental illness and developmental disabilities. This person will manage daily activities to ensure the timeliness and quality of services, and provide staff with regular feedback during team and individual meetings on clinical issues and productivity. This person will be responsible for providing direct service to members and their families. This person must comply with all funding and accreditation expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Masters in an area of Social Work, Rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy, or Special Education preferred.- Must be fluent in one or more signed languages.Requirements, Responsibilities and/or Duties Unique to the Position:
