QI/UM Generalist Trainer

Community Reach Center is a private nonprofit center providing mental health services to residents of Adams County. The Center provides evaluations, counseling and therapies to adults, adolescents, children, families and seniors. We currently have 16 sites offering 43 different programs.

Masters level clinician, licensure and 2 years post graduate clinical experience preferred . Position responsible for a variety of quality improvement, utilization management and training activities including: but not limited to; coordination and processing of requests for residential treatment (HB1116), monitoring/processing/reporting of consumer satisfaction results, peer review, critical incident tracking, review/authorization of services to external providers, and provision of clinical documentation training at regular intervals.

Requires strong clinical foundation, excellent clinical documentation skills, excellent critical thinking skills, data management/analysis, training/ presentation skills, customer service skills, verbal/written skills, computer proficiency, prefer experience with QI/UM/Training in a behavioral health setting.

REQUIREMENTS
Required:
-Master’s degree in Counseling or related area
-Colorado Licensure preferred
-2 years post-graduate clinical experience preferred
