Program Supervisor- Compass Day Treatment

Oversee Day Treatment Program for dual diagnosis DD/MI adolescents whose emotional and behavioral difficulties prevent them from having their needs met in the public school setting. Provide clinical supervision and training of educational and clinical staff. Process new referrals, maintaining relationships with a referral base of schools or agencies. Provide clinical services, such as intake assessments, crisis management, case management, and occasional individual/family/group therapies. Assist with milieu management of difficult cases and/or provide coverage when needed.

Community Reach Center is a private nonprofit center providing mental health services to residents of Adams County. The Center provides evaluations, counseling and therapies to adults, adolescents, children, families and seniors. We currently have 14 sites offering 43 different programs.

REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in Counseling or related area.
CO Licensure prefered

Experience:
Minimum of two year relevant experience working with DD/MI adolescents and their families.
Experience with supervision.

Material and Equipment Directly Used:
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook Express, and Internet Explorer. Must be computer literate.
