Program Specialist III

PROGRAM SPECIALIST III

Recruit, determine vocational/career and technical education (CTE) needs for Native Hawaiian students; provide financial aid information/workshops. Assist client with completing financial aid form, and provide career guidance; assist client with completing career assessment and career portfolio. Provide access to resources such as tuition, books, transportation,
child-care, uniforms. Maintain purchase order and invoice logs, reconcile financial status reports, and assist with internal/external project evaluation, e.g., develop surveys, maintain and process student demographic data, and produce appropriate verbal and written reports with charts, tables, graphs. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. BA Degree
in Social Science, HR Management, or closely related field and two years related experience. Ability to read, analyze, and organize and express complex ideas orally and in writing.

Regular part-time with benefits.
