Program Specialist
Under the supervision of the Cottage Manager, the program specialist, designs & implements resident’s active treatment plans (lesson plans, data collection progress reporting). Provides direct treatment & training with staff & residents in accordance with PARC Cottage philosophy & policy & procedures. Bachelor’s degree in Human Services profession such as Psychology, Special Education, Sociology or teaching supervisory experience needed. 1 yr. experience working with individuals w/developmental disabilities.
